Very casual and busy place, super friendly family-run business, good European fare with lunch portions. Shared table seating plus the famous bakery and European delicacies all in one building. If you're craving schnitzel this is the place.

This store is always crowded but it is worth it. The bakery is awesome as is the rest of the store and restaurant. Not great on ambiance but the food makes up for it.

This place is a great Dutch/German breakfast and lunch place with a grocery store too. They have a deli counter for cold cuts and a Black Forest bakery also. (The Bavarian cream eclair was to die for.) I counted 14 cake boxes going out the door in the hour we were there. The owner said they sell about 1000 cakes per month. We had a daily special of Sauerbraten. Generous portions. Food was good, service was good and we will definitely be going back.

We've been coming to Henk's for more years than I can remember. My in-laws were friends with Henk and his wife (all being from the Netherlands) and so Mom introduced my daughters and me to this delightful restaurant/bakery/deli/store. We miss Henk and his big smile, but sons Hubert and Adrian carry on the family tradition of warm, friendly service and great food. At Christmas time we look forward to the imported Advent calendars and chocolate letters, and year-round we love the Douw Egbert coffee and hot mustards. My husband nearly always goes for the weiner schnitzel lunch, but I have to praise the tuna melt - that sandwich is FULL of tuna and is delicious. Don't dare pass up the wonderful offerings in the bakery!

Cool restaurant and bakery that has been here forever. Schnitzel was good,not great but will be back to try Reuben.

The food was amazing, and the ambience perfect. Our server must have been working there a long time ago - he expertly balanced connecting with the customers and expediting with the other staff.

Henk's has a wonderful bakery, their homemade cookies are amazing. They are also the perfect size. They have a wonderful selection of other deserts

This is strictly on a to go order for cake. We were worried after looking at the reviews since we ordered around the holidays. Our family loved the cake. The fruit was a wonderful accompaniment to the soft moist cake. I highly recommend ordering from here for your next party.
